Some people like a password manager app. Others prefer a paper notebook kept somewhere safe at home. Both can work. We’ll pick the one you’ll actually use.

Is it safe to write passwords in a notebook?

A notebook kept at home, out of sight, is safer than reusing one password everywhere. We'll talk through what fits you.

What is the code they keep texting me?

It's a one-time code that proves it's really you. Never read it out to anyone who calls you, even if they say they're from your bank.

Can you reset my password for me?

I'll walk you through it, but you type the new password yourself.
