What I can help with

Try this first

  • Turn the internet box (modem or router) off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
  • For printers: check the paper, the ink, and that the printer is on the same Wi-Fi as your device.

What I don’t do

I don’t repair broken hardware or run new cables through walls. If your internet company needs to fix something, I’ll help you know what to tell them.

Yes. I can sit with you while you call, and help you understand what they're asking.

Do you set up smart TVs?

Yes, I can connect a smart TV or streaming stick to your Wi-Fi and help you find your shows.

My printer is very old. Is it worth fixing?

Sometimes a new driver is all it needs. If it's truly worn out, I'll tell you honestly.
