Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026

These terms apply when you use fazaworks.com or book tech help with Faza Works LLC (“Faza Works”, “I”, “me”). By booking a visit, you agree to them. If you have questions, call 402-306-7062 or email jay@fazaworks.com.

What I do

I provide help and teaching for everyday technology, such as setting up phones, tablets and computers, video calls, email, apps, passwords, Wi-Fi, printers, and learning to spot scams. I come to your home in the Omaha area, or help by phone if you’re on a phone help plan.

What I don’t do

Prices and payment

Current prices are listed on this website. I’ll tell you the price before I start. If a visit needs more than the time included, I’ll ask you before continuing. Payment is due at the end of each visit.

Monthly plans: Phone help and Monthly help are billed once a month. You can cancel any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Unused visits or calls don’t carry over.

Phone help: calls are for quick questions during the hours listed on this website, up to 15 minutes each. Bigger jobs may need a home visit.

Booking for someone else

If you book for a parent or another family member, please make sure they know about the visit and agree to it.

Cancelling or changing a visit

Please let me know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel or move a visit. I understand that things come up, so just call or text.

Your devices and data

Safety

I may end a visit if I feel unsafe or if the work requested is outside what I offer. You’ll only pay for the time already spent.

Limits of responsibility

I do my best to give careful, accurate help. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Faza Works’ total responsibility for any claim related to a visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit. I’m not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data, lost time, or problems caused by third-party products or services.

Website content

The tips and guides on this website are for general information. They aren’t legal, financial or professional advice. If you think you’ve been scammed, contact your bank and the authorities right away.
